A full sphere, mirror-polished until it looks less like metal than mercury caught mid-pour. Three cabochons of marbled red stone break the shine at its center, set with the same precision as buttons on a coat.

Named for Paros, the Greek island whose marble built temples, it carries that same cool, quarried weight — shrunk down into a shape that can hold its own on a mantle or host a handful of ranunculus.

About the Maker

The workshop behind this piece has been bending metal in Istanbul since 2004, and it shows — not in polish alone, but in the patience underneath it.
