Holiday Shipping Deadlines

Order by 12pm December 16 for UPS Ground Advantage

Order by 12pm December 19 for USPS Ground

Order by 12pm December 20 for UPS 2-Day

Our store will be closed between December 25th - January 2nd, expect shipping delays during this time. 

We offer free shipping for orders over $300. For all orders under $300, a calculated shipping charge will be applied at checkout, based on destination and weight. For ground service, customers receive their orders 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday) from the date of dispatch.

If you are interested in having your order shipment expedited for an extra cost please email  info@porta-nyc.com. At the moment we do not offer international shipping. Please check back in the future for changes.

RETURNS

Most products may be returned or exchanged within 10 days of purchase, with the exception of art, special orders and sale items which are final sale. All returned products must be in their original packaging and in original condition. Shipping costs are nonrefundable and customers will assume the cost of return shipping. Provided that the items are received in their original condition, a refund for the full amount of the item will be issued, minus the return shipping fee.

To return/exchange an item, please info@porta-nyc.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to initiate the return.
