Pallino Paperweight
A small dome of hand-blown glass with something like a black cherry candy caught inside it, deep, almost-black red swirling beneath the surface. Made by a glass artist working in the old furnace tradition, each piece is shaped while molten and cooled slowly, so no two pieces are ever the same.

About the Maker
This piece comes from a glass artist who trained in the old European furnace tradition and has spent decades working molten glass by hand, no molds, no machines, just heat, gravity, and a lot of practiced instinct. Each piece is shaped while the glass is still soft enough to move, then cooled slowly to lock in whatever pattern happened to form along the way, a color, a swirl, a moment of heat, held still forever.
