Summerill & Bishop got its start in Notting Hill more than twenty years ago, founded by June Summerill and Bernadette Bishop with a conviction that a tablecloth could carry as much personality as a painting. The brand treats the table as a canvas rather than a formality, favoring loud color and archival imagery over anything predictably matched, and regularly collaborates with artists and designers like John Derian to bring their work to the linen. Made by skilled linen makers across Europe, each piece is built to be handled, washed, and returned to the table again and again, valuing the way it feels and hangs over how it photographs on day one.

L'Orangerie Napkin, Set of 6
Le Jacquard Français drew this pattern straight from the classical French garden: citrus limbs heavy with fruit, curling foliage, blossoms caught mid-bloom along the branch. Woven from 100% French linen, the imagery clusters at the corners like a vine allowed to climb one trellis post, leaving the rest of the cloth open. Sold as a set of six, built to anchor a matching cloth or stand alone against plain linen.
Dimensions: 20 x 20 in; 50 x 50 cm
Material: 100% Linen
Care: Wash on cold cycle and tumble dry. Never soak for longer than 10 minutes and avoid using whitening products.
