About the Brand
Sabre was born in 1939 when a goldsmith's son, Francis Gelb created his first piece of flatware. Made from stainless steel and carbon alloy, the family workshop works with colorful handles to create a fun and original approach to tableware so that everyday at the table is a joy.
The Bistrot collection was inspired by restaurants, terraces and cafes in Paris where style and function meet. They bring a nostalgic atmosphere with a contemporary look.
