Vintage English Salver
A small silver salver by Thomas Farren, London, 1740. The shape is particularly elegant — a soft, balanced round set on three refined feet, with just enough lift to feel sculptural on the table. The engraved coat of arms has worn into near-abstraction over time, leaving only a faint trace of its history.
We love it placed simply on a sideboard, a nightstand, or in the center of a coffee table with a candle, a glass, or a handful of chocolates. A quiet fragment of the 18th century, ready to be lived with now.
Dimensions: 7.25 x 7.25 x 1in
Material: Silver
Care: Wipe with a soft, damp cloth
