Florentine Kitchen Knives

Founded in Tel Aviv's Florentin quarter by Tomer Botner and Noam Blumenthal, a Tel Aviv-born husband and wife who now craft every knife by hand in Barcelona, Florentine Kitchen Knives treats cutlery as something closer to jewelry for the kitchen. Their signature stacked handles, built from leather discs, composites, and brass fittings, pull from Eastern, Middle Eastern, and Western traditions all at once, each knife carrying a small history of everywhere its makers have looked.
