Isabel Wilkinson Schor

Founder of Attersee

Isabel Wilkinson Schor founded her fashion brand Attersee in 2021, blending her editorial expertise with a passion for quality. Inspired by the serene Lake Attersee in Austria, where Gustav Klimt found solace, the brand seamlessly combines elegance and ease, elevating the daily ritual of getting dressed whether at home or on holiday. From corporate professionals to artists, Attersee has attracted a dedicated following who love the brand for many reasons, not least its dedication to exquisite textiles and fabrics that make the wearer look and feel amazing, and the discerning attention to cut that ensures these pieces are not only luxuriously functional but also wonderfully flattering, with timeless silhouettes.

So considered and chic, the pieces transition effortlessly from day to night, just like you do. You can find Attersee online, but we recommend making an appointment at The Attersee Studio on New York's Upper East Side at 64th and Madison, so you can fully immerse yourself in the world of Attersee.

In the meantime, see below for Isabel’s curation of her favorite PORTA products—pared back but discerning, just as we would expect. How chic.

The selection, in the words of Isabel

Marena Water Glass — While these elegant, paper-thin glasses may appear very green, in person they are more neutral — and blend well with almost any other color you might have on your table.

Gustavo Snack Bowl — I love a cocktail party that takes over a whole house, with random snacks hidden on shelves and unusual surfaces rather than too-preciously arranged on a center coffee table. This tiny little snack bowl is perfect for achieving that; buy a lot of them in different colors and stash them anywhere and everywhere.

Bestia Serving Set — I bought these the week PORTA launched and have used them for almost every salad since. But it’s only just occurred to me that they would make for a special yet affordable gift too — just add a little red ribbon.

Elisa Fruit Bowl — Six months ago, my husband and I thought it was a good idea to bring a black lab puppy into our house. Now, at 80 pounds, Sandy has the ability to take things off the counter and shatter them in one fell swoop. While I would be crazy to buy this beautiful hand-blown fruit bowl now, it’ll be at the top of my wish list for when things settle down at home a bit.

PORTA x Volga Linen Napkins — I bought a cream set of these beautiful Volga napkins at a PORTA pop-up a few summers back. The delicate pointelle edge sets them apart from regular linen napkins, and certainly this wine stain-red would be a perfect addition for any holiday table.

Penelope Serving Plate — I bought this flat-ish salad bowl this summer and have been so pleased with its many uses: for heaping warm dishes, salads, or anything in between. It would only be a shame if it didn’t hold pride of place on a buffet.
