Meet The Maker: Bicla

Bicla products are special in many ways, not least because they are perfect to place anywhere, any time of year.  City, country, beach, breakfast, lunch or dinner, they raise everyday to an occasion and ground every occasion in unpretentious effortlessness.  The simple textiles made from 100% Portuguese natural fibers have a wonderfully soft texture that is irresistible to the touch. The company’s founder Claudia is committed to creating products that have simplicity and function while also employing considered detail. This, along with a unique understanding of tones that compliment each other and every surrounding, are evident in each product from tablecloths and napkins, to the crowd favorite bento bags.

We visited Claudia in Portugal last year and fell in love with her products, her focus, her serene studio and charming dogs.
